Refund policy

Refunds

Shisha X does not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by emailing info@shishax.com. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the Return Policy below.

Shisha X reserves the right to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products as tobacco-related heating accessories, all returns must meet strict eligibility requirements.

To initiate a return request, customers must email info@shishax.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All seals must be intact

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

If the device or any component has been opened, used, activated, or tampered with, it is not eligible for return.

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items that do not meet eligibility requirements will not be refunded.

Opened Items

For health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, opened or used devices, heating chambers, mouthpieces, batteries, and accessories cannot be returned.

No exceptions.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@shishax.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Failure to report damage within 5 days may result in denial of replacement.

Approved defective items may be replaced at our discretion.

Accessories

Accessories, mouthpieces, chambers, and consumable components are final sale unless received defective.

Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Shipment Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

Shisha X is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address entry may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Shisha X tracks all device serial numbers and order information.

Fraudulent chargebacks, claims of unauthorized transactions, or abuse of the return policy may result in permanent refusal of service and may be reported to the appropriate financial institutions.
